Because our system needs to check your order, and it takes a certain amount of time to prepare the QR code.
  • If you purchase the plan on the day of the destination or the next day, the plan will be sent to your email address within 12 hours after the order is placed.
  • If you purchase 2 days or more in advance, we will send it to you in advance one day in advance.
Sorry you cannot. When you use your phone to scan the QR code for the first time, the binding has been established, and other phones cannot no longer scan and use the QR code. In addition, One QR code cannot be scanned multiple times, and the scan will not work if the number of scans exceeds the limits.
It is a normal behavior that a pop up message “Uncertified Data Plan/Uncertified Cellular Plan” will be there in some countries and regions before a new iOS is released by Apple later this year. Please just simply press “OK” to continue the eSIM installation process accordingly.

Yes, you can still use your SIM card after installing the eSIM, in fact you can even use both cards simultaneously, your primary card for calls and message, and the eSIM for Internet.

We only offer eSIM-based Mobile Data Services.
We suggest removing the eSIM from your phone after use, just in case your nano-card cannot function correctly. Please go to [Settings] – [Cellular] – Choose the eSIM/mobile data plan you added – Remove [Cellular Plan].
You will not be able to check your data usage now. The feature will be added later. Currently you might go to [settings – cellular] on your iPhone/iPad to find out how much cellular data that you’re using.
